About Asia Pacific Castings LLC

Asia Pacific Castings, LLC (APC) is South Bay Foundry's industrial sourcing company. Under the same management as South Bay Foundry's  Industrial Division with the addition of Technical Support Personnel to oversee and manage all aspects of the sourcing product.

APC is dedicated to sourcing, manufacturing, and supplying a wide variety of castings, forgings, and fabricated metal parts for various industries in the world. We can provide our valued customers with a high quality, low cost metal product.

APC was set up in May 2000. Since then, we have successfully sourced, developed, and imported millions of dollars worth of metal products for dozens of customers in North America. Mr. Li Xiaoye, the President of APC, has more than 18 years experience in sourcing, developing, and importing metal products from China. All of APC’s staff are trained professionals in this business.

APC is currently working with more than 40 foundries and factories in China. We have established complete systems of communication, product development, quality control, and the logistics for exporting goods from China. Most of our factories are ISO 9000 certified.

We are currently producing products made of cast iron, ductile iron, alloy iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, bronze, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. Our production methods include:

Cast and ductile irons-jolt and squeezer molding, diamatic automatic molding line, hunter molding line, air impact molding line, KW high pressure molding line, no bake molding, and lost foam molding

Steel castings-silica sand molding, resin sand molding, investment molding, and lost foam molding

Steel forging-die forging equipment

Stainless steel-sand casting and investment casting methods

Bronze parts-resin sand molding, shell sand molding, die casting, and forging

Aluminum-resin sand molding, permanent mold molding, and die casting

We also have the full capacity to machine the parts that we produce. Our factories have many different machine tools and CNC for precise machining.

Currently, we are making products for the water works industry, firefighting industry, valve and pump industry, engineering equipment industry, agricultural equipment industry, automotive industry, and the aviation industry.

By sourcing the products from our Chinese facilities, we have saved our customers big margins on their parts and material costs. We have made it possible for our customers to make their products more competitive in their market places.
